Hemp protein power, spinach, raw cacao, banana, spirulina, chlorella, chia seeds, almond butter, cinnamon, and hemp milk.

 

Chia Seed Pudding:

 

Made with almond milk, hemp protein powder, raw cacao, and cinnamon, topped with walnuts, goji berries, coconut flakes and cacao nibs.

 

Lunches:

 

Mixed Green Summer Salad:

 

Mixed greens, micro greens, avocado, blueberries, strawberries, almonds, fresh lemon juice, sea salt and pepper; side of hummus and raw crackers.

 

Spirulina Nori Wraps:

 

Mixed greens, micro greens, avocado, raw cashew cheese, cucumber, tomato, hemp seeds, sesame oil, spirulina, sea salt and pepper.

 

Quinoa, Arugula and Beet Salad:

 

Arugula, beets, carrots, quinoa, edamame, pumpkin seeds, and avocado.

 

Dinners:

 

Ayurvedic Kitcheri: Quinoa, sprouted mung beans, kale, carrots, sweet potatoes, coconut oil, turmeric, cumin, cayenne, sea salt, and pepper.

Lentils, Sweet Potatoes and Sautéed Greens
